Im in my mid 50s and didnt realize how far out of shape I was.
At work one of my mottos is "plan your work than work your plan." Well here is a plan that works.
Ive tried other plans that mostly discouraged me and made me sore. I got this plan after going through their 0 to 5k run plan and I really like that its a progression and set up for all skill levels.
If you are on a day or week your having difficulty with you can rework it till you feel comfortable going on.
