Great app

Great look and easy to use. I used it to get me back to a point where I can do bigger workouts, but I still use all the fitness 22 apps when I dont have time to hit the gym. I highly recommend this app. Its like a "couch to 10km" for weight lifting.

Very nice flat design, inspiration posters upon request (which is a great advantage not to push too much with so called motivation), easy to use sit-ups program, including pre- and post-workout stretch. Suits the best for those who needs some reminders and plan of activities to stay on track.

Great app

Im in my mid 50s and didnt realize how far out of shape I was. At work one of my mottos is "plan your work than work your plan." Well here is a plan that works. Ive tried other plans that mostly discouraged me and made me sore. I got this plan after going through their 0 to 5k run plan and I really like that its a progression and set up for all skill levels. If you are on a day or week your having difficulty with you can rework it till you feel comfortable going on.

I will be 70 in a week. I am doing these sit-ups plus the 0-5K trainer. This is so great and so fun!!

Useful app

Ive been using this app for two weeks. All I need is something to track how many sit-ups I do each day. For its purpose, it does a great job. And its free; even better.

I bought the fitness22 bundle of apps and have been using them for 8 weeks now. WOW, well worth the few dollars! You start off easy and gradually build not only physical strength but mental as well. I am a single mother with full time work and school and without these apps I would be lost. Literally you can work out any time and where even if you only have a few minutes a day and you see results fast! I have lost 15lbs so far! Buy it and do it! Woop!

Cons: 3 pros:2

Cons: 1) it forces you to rate it even though Ive paid my hard earned money to avoid this type of harassment; I dont want to be inconvenienced 2) it doesnt do a good job reminding you to do your work out 3) background doesnt work too well either Pros: 1) I like the interface number 2) I dont remember paying for it so ,to me, its kind of free

Great App

Great app but doesnt integrate with Apple Health or other fitness tracking apps. Would definitely give 5 stars if an update fixed that.
