Its easy to use ! And very effective

Tried a few this is obviously the best, check out their other ones too push ups chin ups squats. They incorporated them well so you can switch between them in the app

I actually listen the the app and I am starting to exercise everyday because of it :)

This is a great app but it would be even better if you can have it where the app goes to rest after 30 seconds because then I would not have to get up to press done and it will give me the challenge to do it faster

Is great, easy and fast. The only thing is missing is a clear demosntratation of the sit ups. Some of us would like to know if we are doing the right sit ups.

Its great and easy to follow, and even tho the squats app costs money, and can use this as a guide
