Easy progress

I am now up to 43 sit-ups after using this app. Very simple and easy to follow. Not bad considering I was struggling to do 1 or 2 sit-ups when I started. I am going all the way to 200 a day with this app. I love it!

You can do it! Make sure your form is good. Dont skip and just be consistent. You got this!!

Great workout app!

I give this app a 5 star. The voice coach helps to complete my sit-ups for the session. Very simple but efficient app... Works as advertised.

It Definitely Works!

I added this to my training regime with some skepticism because core was one area where I had never focused and thought Id never make any progress. I followed the program exactly; it was tough through about 60 sit-ups, once I passed that wall it was easy. Now I do 200 sit-ups three days a week and on my off days I do 100.

The music feature is great - lets you listen to whatever seamlessly while using the app.

Just be coach able.

Set a schedule for yourself. Make some time. And just do what the app instructs and you will see progress over time. A perfect staring point for getting back on track or for just starting out. Simple and easy to follow app instructions and voice commands make it easy. You just have to get started and keep doing it.

Not Helpful

Sit-ups can be the most boring exercise you can do. This app really doesnt do anything. It doesnt provide a variety of exercises – really doesnt do anything except to tell you to do sets of set ups. Got this in a bundle. Waste of space on my phone. Deleted it.

Should be combined with the other abs app

I paid good money for this app. Now the same company is advertising its new Great Abs app. They are watering down their new brand with apps that do the same as the old apps. They should combine both apps into one. They offered the other app for free; so I no longer hurt for the other app. Both apps are good.

I use this and the sit-up app interspersed with my running and it is fantastic!!

Misrepresentation

I was never good at sit-ups, so when I saw this app, which promotes itself as starting a -0-, I thought this would be a good thing. However, it starts at 15, not -0- ! This is useless, as I can start with maybe 1 or 2, but certainly not 15
