Unlike the fitness "challenges" you find on Pinterest, etc that can actually make you push too hard too fast, this gradual approach is much safer and healthier. It results in more willingness to stick with it, a constant sense of accomplishment and you get more fit in the end. I love that it doesnt seem like Im doing much each time, but then I compare where I am to where I started and am surprised how much I actually am doing. I wish it somehow could sync with the other apps from this company...like show in one place where you are with the ones you are using as opposed to switching apps to see. Its also annoying to have to switch to the next day when you open the apps because it always opens at the last day you already finished. Once you get used to that, its not a big deal, but would prefer it to open where I need to be for the current day.

I use this app in combination with the 5K and push-up apps for an all-around workout. Progressing through training programs motivates me not to skip on days when Im feeling lazy.
