Perfect Motovation

Would do my abs workout anyway but this application is tracking my progress just perfect. If you do it like the app is suggesting you will get to the goal of 200 Sit ups. I am doing double crunches instead because normal sit-ups are somehow boring. Does what it claims in the end and is motivating you because it does work. 5*

Does as advertised

I am about half way through. Some days are easy, some days are tough, but I shall persevere. Never thought I could get to the 70 I do now but I see results. I look forward to the completion.

Useless

I cant believe I paid for this app. It doesnt take 10 wks to achieve 200 sit-ups. I did the first 4 day challenge in one session which was 87 sit-ups altogether so I turned off the app and just added 13 more to make it 100. If I were u, I would just do sit-ups during commercial breaks while watching TV and then challenge yourself by adding more next time. Add a reminder on ur phone as to when u want to do it next May it be every couple of days or what have u.

Love it

Love this app. Gets me moving and starts off slow so I can ease into it, then gradually adds more to the routine! Before I know it Im doing 50 or 60 sit-ups at a time :)

Sure, incremental increases start off on the simpler side, but it builds fairly quickly...enough to both challenge and motivate. Highly recommend this app as well as the related "squat" and "push up" apps by ClearSky :)

Starts easy, but you can pack three or four workouts together at the beginning. Worked for me, I recommend.

Great App!

I use this app almost everyday! Pushes you to go that extra distance when doing an ab workout.

Pretty good app

I definitely can do more sit-ups. It does exactly what it says itll do. Id like to see an app with different ab workouts, to strengthen differ areas.

Update erases history

The new version looks great but after updating all my workout history has been erased.
